Nashville Wine Auction’s “L’Été du Vin” (LEDV) 2024 - PR & Event Coordination Intern
In the preparation for the three-day event, I was responsible for tracking event inventory, creating branded materials and paper goods, managing donor data using Salsa CRM, and planning event timelines for smooth execution.
On each day of the event, I helped with both set-up and take-down of the decorations. During the event, I functioned as the stage manager to make sure everything up at the front was happening when it was planned to. Working both fast and efficiently all while paying attention to details during the event was crucial to achieving near perfection. Examples include ensuring the wines were all poured to the same height and chairs were all equally spaced. By paying attention to details, I contributed to the overall success and appearance of the event.
Belmont Fraternity & Sorority Life Recruitment 2025 - Recruitment Operations Chair
As the Recruitment Operations Chair, I managed decoration inventory and supply orders, as well as all operation materials needed in the back rooms. I also coordinated catering orders for over 150 people and tracked member’s attendance for optimized event logistics. I assisted in setting up, decorating and providing the necessary materials for the recruitment room, all while coordinating with our contracted event service team to guarantee everything went according to plan. Additionally, I was responsible for leading my 20 person team to make sure each of them new what they needed to be doing, how they should do it and when in the recruitment round it needed to occur. The goal with this role was to make sure all of the behind-the-scenes operations ensured a seamless and enjoyable experience for the incoming members.
